First half of 2019
I ended my 2 years full time job at Jjigae Jjigae on last day of March and 1 April, I start to go back to school for ITE Higher Nitec course in culinary arts. So first 2 months the class is still so quiet as they just stick to the friends that they known in nitec class. Third month onward the class started to come together as really as a class and we started to split our self in 7 groups. I also get to know more people in class. My group is D, so i was actually lucky as jesslin got into the same group as me. First few times of group project is okay, until when we started to really got stressed that one of my group member not doing anything. Slowly, we started to do the project by just 4 of us (me, jesslin, Michelle and Dee). In this few month of project work, she didn't ask if we need any help. Something happen to me and my best friend. She thinks that i abandon her as i talk to other people more than her, and go out for lunch more than with her. I want to make new friends. i don't just want to end this 1 year course without making any new friends. She also thinks that i rather stick with others instead of her because she always sleep in class and make me embarrassed. BUT.... no. i wasn't feeling embarrassed because is her choice that she want to sleep in class :( In mid June. i got a part time job in Gongcha. I learned to do drinks, how to cook the different types of teas and of course pearls. After i am more familiar with all the drinks, i started to learn to do cashier and after i learn to closed the cashier. 😨 Only 2 full timers and 2 part timers only how to close the cashier which is me and Che zhong. Is a good opportunity to learn how to make the drinks in Gongcha as i like to drink before it closed last time. June onward will be in the next post.
